Oceanview Helicopters is a Canadian Helicopter company that got its start servicing the forest industry in and around the Powell River region. OVHL is well known for its outstanding safety and service. Our work ethic and safety standards are second to none.

We have recently expanded in order to meet our operational needs. We now have a seperate facility dedicated to maintenance. This allows us to operate out of our home base more efficiently, while having an excellent facility for our maintenance needs.

Helicopter Fleet

Since our start in 1994, we have expanded our fleet to include six helicopters. We currently operate a Bell 212, a Bell 206L-1 and four MD 500 aircrafts. Each of these aircraft is suited to a variety of jobs, providing flexibility to OVHL customers.

OVHL carries onsite an excellent variety of under-slung equipment ready for immediate deployment on our aircrafts. Bambi Firefighting buckets, tree toppers and pruners, cargo nets, grapples, hydro-seeder, long lines with extension hooks and cargo pods are all available for immediate use.
